Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Bristol, working in a dynamic Data Centre environment. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our Data Centre, averaging 36 hours per week across 4.5 days.
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday Nights
- Week 2: Monday to Friday Afternoon/Evenings
Key Responsibilities:
- Lone Working: Confidently manage the security of the Data Centre independently, ensuring a secure environment at all times.
- Communication Skills: Use your excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and customers, providing top-notch customer service.
- Customer Service: Handle client and customer interactions professionally, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved promptly.
- Equipment Management: Ensure any equipment provided by the customer and Securitas is managed according to established procedures.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain all logbooks and records accurately, issue visitor/contractor passes, and handle lost property in accordance with the Assignment Instructions.
Requirements:
- SIA Licence
- Access to vehicle/good transport links
- Prior experience as a Security Officer in the Security industry is desirable
- Must have a 5yr checkable history
