About the Job
We're seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Connections and Support Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for connecting our customers with the products and services they need, and providing ongoing support to ensure they get the most out of their connections.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers over the phone, guiding them through the process of getting their products and services connected.
- Help with any initial queries around in-home setup or their first bill.
