Mental Health Support Assistant

Ribbons and Reeves is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to fill a Mental Health Support Assistant role at one of our partner schools in Mitcham. As a Psychology Graduate, you will work under the guidance of an experienced SENCO, providing support to 11-16 year olds with SEND and SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to students with SEND and SEMH needs
- Work under the guidance of an experienced SENCO
- Receive ongoing training and development throughout your role
- Improve the academic, social, and emotional development of students
What We Offer:
- FTE £25,000 [Pro-rata to £18,500 term-time only]
- £480 per week | £96 per day | Paid weekly on a PAYE basis
- Contract extensions available for those wanting to remain at the school beyond initial contract
