About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team at Fortune Brands Innovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through strategic account development and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including showrooms, contractors, agents, buying groups, merchants, installers, and e-commerce customers.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers and intermediaries across multiple countries and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Services and Marketing, to drive brand exposure and sales.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and progress towards strategic initiatives.
  • Manage a pipeline of contract projects to deliver annual sales targets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with accurate record keeping and reporting capability.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to all situations and individuals.
  • A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation and partnership development skills.
  • IT literacy, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
