About the Role:

Julie Rose Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team in a busy office environment. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for converting warm enquiries to live quotes for external Surveyors and Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and transfer where appropriate
  • Follow up web enquiries, internally created leads and incoming phone calls to optimise sales leads
  • Take job requests and log them on our computer system
  • Call existing clients following up on quotations by the Surveyors
  • Accurately create and update quotes on CRM / Salesforce
  • Proof-read and issue quotations

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills, numeracy and literacy
  • Able to deliver high standards of customer service
  • Hard working with a 'can-do' attitude and prepared to step in to support other administrative office roles when required
  • Willing to learn about the industry in order to speak with confidence to prospective and existing customers
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team and independently when required
  • Ready to 'muck in' within a small office environment
  • Min 1 Year Telephone and Sales Administration experience.
  • Strong telephone manner/ excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous experience dealing with reactive/ planned maintenance would be desirable.
  • Numerate, with strong attention to detail.
