We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to support our HR Team in ensuring compliance with immigration and right to work regulations. As a Data Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing the Certificate of Sponsorship programme, and ensuring timely completion of right to work checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering Creative Support's Certificate of Sponsorship programme under the guidance of the HR Service Director.
  • Managing right to work check processes for current employees and new recruits to maintain compliance with Immigration Sponsor License.
  • Managing ongoing processes, reviewing CoS documents, right to work checks, and application tracking.
  • Updating UKVI records on iTrent and the Home Office Sponsorship Management System (SMS).
  • Conducting sponsorship interviews with senior HR staff and staff requesting visa sponsorship.
  • Managing the visa sponsorship email inbox, triaging cases for action or signposting where required.
  • Creating and submitting weekly and monthly reports to the HR team and HR Service Director.
  • Ensuring staff files are up to date and accurate as per UKVI Compliance rules and regulations.
  • Liaising with our external Immigration Consultant for complex queries around sponsorship and visa applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience in HR or a corporate department.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Discreet and confidential approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work autonomously in a team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as online systems like iTrent and SMS.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking a varied, busy, and rewarding position within an HR setting. Some HR experience is beneficial, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
