Marine Engineering Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage and deliver electrical projects in a marine environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Leadership of ship service activities, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Daily job log maintenance to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Personnel estimation and resource allocation for efficient project delivery.
- Maintenance of Method Statements and Risk Assessments to ensure compliance.
- Regular communication with clients to provide updates and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in engineering and maintenance, including fault diagnosis.
- Familiarity with Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles.
- Strong project management and technical planning skills.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits such as annual leave, pension scheme, and life insurance.
