Duty Manager

We're seeking a skilled Duty Manager to lead our team at Premier Inn Keswick. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver a welcoming, safe, and brilliant hotel experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

- A guaranteed 32-hour contract, spread across 4 days, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, weekends included.
