Job Title: Primary SENCO Lead
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to lead our provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality support for pupils with additional needs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the provision for students with SEND
- Teach children in the ASD base once a week
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality support for pupils with additional needs
- Ensure that statutory requirements such as Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) are fully implemented and reviewed regularly
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience working with children with SEND
