We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Support professional to join our team at CHAMP Cargosystems. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound sales leads and provide timely and effective support to our sales team.
  • Perform business checks on incoming leads to ensure their viability and create opportunities within our CRM system.
  • Provide written acknowledgement and arrange for initial contact via Teams to gain valuable insights from prospects.
  • Proactively research and seek out new business opportunities in the market and make the first contact with the aim of qualifying these suspect opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with general administration tasks, including updating CRM and other sales and financial systems, generating sales collateral and templates, and assisting in customer events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within the Air Cargo Transport Industry.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office products.
