Technical Pre-Sales Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our European division of a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based in west London, the successful candidate will provide technical support to distributors, consultants, and end users in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers and distributors in the UK and Europe
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Utilizing product selection software and sales tools to support customer needs
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product developments

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering)
  • Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2+ years)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
