Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our European division of a leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at our offices in west London, the successful candidate will provide technical support to our distributors, consultants, and end users in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to distributors, consultants, and end users in the UK and Europe.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with our product development team to ensure our products meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering).
  • Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning products/systems (2+ years).
  • Experience using product selection software and product pricing/sales tools.
  • Fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
