Job Title: Service Engineer

Job Summary:

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team in the EMEA Region. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating with MCO and MCO business partners, and expanding service business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering services to customers, including first aid in case of emergency, technical advisory services, and consultation of service schemes.
  • Communicate with MCO and MCO business partners to provide customer requests and implicit needs, and report customer feedback in a timely manner.
  • Support MCO engineers in job execution by providing necessary technical information and advice.
  • Promote service menus and TFA dispatch to increase sales volume of aftermarket business.
Geographical Area in Charge:

EMEA Region, mainly European countries, Africa (Egypt, Algeria, Nigeria), and Turkey.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a design engineer of centrifugal compressors or steam turbines, or 2 years as an application engineer of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines in the petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry, or 3 years as a field engineer of centrifugal compressors or steam turbines.
  • Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree required.
  • Good communication skills with a superior customer focus, fluent in English and local languages.
  • Proficient experience and exposure to national and international engineering codes and standards, especially API standards.
  • Willingness for continuous improvement processes and experiences in participating in lessons learned, Kaizen events, and Six Sigma studies.
