Teaching Assistant - Autism

Do you have the right attitude to support pupils with autism?

Are you confident in establishing yourself as a great educator?

We are seeking a strong Teaching Assistant to join our team and work within an Autism specialism. You will have the support of qualified psychologists and a superb team of class teachers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take on regular training to enhance your skills
  • Run intervention sessions with your designated pupils
  • Work closely with therapists and psychologists to support pupil development
  • Create engaging learning materials to stimulate your pupils
  • Work full-time (Monday to Friday) at our school in Havering

What we look for in our Teaching Assistants:

  • Preferably experienced in supporting pupils with autism
  • Available full-time for the 2024/2025 academic year
  • Has a warm and approachable personality
  • Cares deeply for their pupils and their development

We will be shortlisting candidates for the role of Teaching Assistant - Autism on a first-come, first-served basis.
