Supporting Neurodivergent Pupils:
We are currently seeking a skilled Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team at SANZA Teaching Agency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent children in a primary school setting and possess a deep understanding of the challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored support to a neurodivergent pupil, ensuring their needs are met in both group and individual settings.
- Implementing and delivering targeted interventions, adapting them to the child's specific learning style and requirements.
- Fostering a nurturing relationship with the pupil, encouraging confidence and independence.
- Maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring the child feels valued and supported.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience working with neurodivergent children, ideally within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of the challenges neurodivergent pupils may face.
- Ability to provide both academic and emotional support.
- Strong commitment to fostering the child's well-being and growth, along with patience and empathy.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,500 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
