About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Advisor to join our team at Jewson Partnership Solutions. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, taking an active interest in their projects and providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our product lines, enabling you to offer informed recommendations and support to customers.
  • Assist with preparing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining stock levels to minimize manual handling.
  • Inspect incoming deliveries, reporting any missing or damaged products to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive first impression for our customers.
  • Prioritize health and safety, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements
  • Previous industry experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • A valid driving license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A health and safety focus and willingness to work in a manual handling environment.
