An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Macmillan Cancer Health and Wellbeing Manager at BHRUT. The position is currently full-time, covering Monday to Friday, and will be an integral part of the Personalised Cancer Care Team. Slightly reduced hours will be considered.
Main Duties- Lead on the provision of excellent cancer information and support, continuing established health and wellbeing sessions for cancer patients and their families.
- Provide line management and responsibility for the complementary therapy service and welfare and benefits service.
- Develop and manage the Macmillan health and wellbeing service, supporting delivery of personalised cancer care Trust-wide.
- Develop, deliver, and lead a range of health and wellbeing sessions and information in various formats.
- Oversee the quality of cancer information produced in-house by the oncology and haematology teams Trust-wide.

Person SpecificationThe postholder will have access to vulnerable people and will be subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020.
