Job Summary:

The People Pod is seeking an experienced Depot Supervisor to oversee a small but busy branch in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising 4 fitting teams and 1 surveyor, as well as completing surveys when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of fitters and surveyors to achieve deadlines and meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee branch operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Conduct surveys and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize branch performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure excellent service and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the double-glazing industry and experience in supervising teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
