Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and branch standards.
- Deliver daily briefings to ensure all colleagues are working towards business goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
- High levels of focus, energy, and drive.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
