Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective attendance and intervention strategies to improve student engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze student attendance and progression data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with academic staff and other stakeholders to provide support and guidance to students on course selection and academic progression.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, and external partners.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports for senior management on student attendance and progression.
  • Work closely with the Attendance and Intervention Lead to enhance the skills of the Student Support team through training and process evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and other educational institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a higher education setting.
