About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attendance and Intervention Specialist to join our Student Support team at Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success and well-being of our students.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective attendance and intervention strategies to improve student engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze student attendance and progression data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with academic staff and other stakeholders to provide support and guidance to students on course selection and academic progression.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, staff, and external partners.
- Generate accurate and timely reports for senior management on student attendance and progression.
- Work closely with the Attendance and Intervention Lead to enhance the skills of the Student Support team through training and process evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including universities and other educational institutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a higher education setting.
