About Us

We care for young people who are placed in secure accommodation for their own safety or due to court orders. Our goal is to transform attitudes, behaviours, and emotions, enabling each young person to make a positive contribution to their family and community.

The Role

As an Interventions Coach, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 support for young people with additional learning needs.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess learning activities in your specialist subject area.
  • Work as part of a team to support the development of young people within a secure environment.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can connect with and inspire vulnerable children. You will have:

  • Strong IT skills including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
  • Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.
  • Experience working with challenging behaviour in a residential or educational setting.
  • Knowledge of child and adolescent development, restorative practices, and safeguarding.
  • Qualifications including 5 GCSEs (C or above) in English and Maths and a Level 4 qualification in education delivery (or commitment to achieve it).
