Job Overview

Pioneer Selection is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team in Bury, Greater Manchester. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in prioritizing breakdowns and liaising with the production department.
  • Deliver small projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Mechanical Engineering Manager to drive engineering excellence.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
