Electrical Team Leader Job Description

As a key member of our engineering team, the Electrical Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background, with experience in leading an engineering team and managing small projects from pilot to completion.

Key responsibilities will include ensuring breakdowns are prioritized, liaising with the production department, and delivering small projects on site.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing CMMS systems, controlling contractors, and ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is completed in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leading an engineering team in an FMCG environment
  • Experience with CMMS systems and project management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
