Electrical Team Leader Job Description

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team. As an Electrical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of electrical and mechanical engineers in an FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure breakdowns are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the production department to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver small projects on site and ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed on time
  • Manage small projects from pilot to completion
  • Experience in control of contractors, permits, and RAMS
  • Good Microsoft Office skills

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering background
  • Leading an engineering team in an FMCG environment
  • CMMS systems management
  • Managing small projects from pilot to completion
  • Experience in control of contractors, permits, and RAMS
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
