About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations to join our team at The Landmark London Hotel. As a key member of our Banqueting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Banqueting team to achieve high standards of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and high-quality service.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and implement procedures to optimize inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments to support day-to-day tasks.
