Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director of Banqueting Operations to join our team at The Landmark London Hotel. As a key member of our Banqueting team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of staff meet company guidelines and standards.
  • Motivate and support Floor managers to achieve high performance in all areas of the department.
  • Assist with the stock take process and implement procedures as necessary.
  • Form business relationships with internal departments to support day-to-day tasks.
