Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join the Redline Group Ltd team. This exciting opportunity is based in the Northern UK region and involves promoting sales of bespoke cable assemblies to a portfolio of established customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a field-based role. A technical qualification in Electronics is preferred, as well as previous experience within a Contract Electronics Manufacturer or related environment.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals with potential clients. Travel within the Northern UK region will be required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum, a comprehensive pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
