Job Opportunity: Ethos Education Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Psychology Lead Teacher to join our team. As a Psychology Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for leading the Psychology department and teaching GCSE and A Level Psychology to students.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Psychology department and develop a curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
  • Teach GCSE and A Level Psychology to students, using a range of teaching methods to engage and motivate them.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop a cohesive and effective teaching team.
  • Contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and policies.

Requirements:

  • QTS in Psychology or a related subject.
  • Experience of teaching GCSE and A Level Psychology.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of teachers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
