Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our business support functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company C-Suite, assisting in financial tasks, and coordinating site-specific training activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the company C-Suite, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assisting in financial tasks, such as purchase orders and invoices, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Coordinating site-specific training activities with Plant/Technical Administrators, ensuring smooth delivery of training at plant level.
  • Maintaining regular feedback loops with Plant/Technical Administrators to address any training gaps or adjustments required.
  • Supporting Plant/Technical Administrators in tracking training participation and following up on non-attendance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, including attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management, able to work to conflicting priorities that may arise.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with free parking, participation in an Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance, bonus scheme, company expenses, holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays, and progression opportunities within our growing business.
