Job Overview:

D7 Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our client's team in their factory setting. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies aligned with company standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in HSE within food manufacturing and hold a NEBOSH certification or equivalent. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and assess the effectiveness of safety measures.
  • Create and deliver training programs on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and employees on all HSE-related matters.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH certification (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years' HSE experience within food manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £65,000 per annum + car allowance + 16% annual bonus.
  • Regular travel across two factory sites in Milton Keynes and Tipton.
