We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management and/or EH&S roles, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of health and safety relevant to the business, actively promoting a safe working environment and ensuring company compliance with HSE standards.
  • Establish and maintain risk management and reporting processes.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve overall health and safety performance across the site.
  • Manage front of house/reception services, including sourcing supplies and negotiating maintenance contracts.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management and/or EH&S roles.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and transparency.
Requirements
  • Ability to travel within the UK.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
