We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Paediatric Psychology Service in North Devon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological care to children and young people experiencing significant and complex mental health difficulties and their families.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform understanding and intervention
- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve psychological wellbeing and combined health/mental health outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide psychologically informed resources and information
- Referral on to partner agencies as necessary
- Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Post-qualification specialist therapy/assessment training relevant to children and young people
- Experience of working collaboratively with service users and their families/carers
- Ability to work with complex needs and undertake risk assessments
