Business Unit Director

On Target Recruitment Ltd is a leading recruitment agency with a strong presence in the UK market. Our client, a well-established building distributor, is seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Manager to join their team.
The RoleThe Business Unit Manager will be responsible for leading an internal sales team at the company's West London Branch. Key responsibilities include motivating the team to achieve and maintain sales and profitability levels, establishing and developing a client base to support branch sales, and liaising with operations and external sales teams to coordinate sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the internal sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Develop and maintain a strong client base to support branch sales
- Liaise with operations and external sales teams to coordinate sales activities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £40k-£50k, plus a 15%-30% bonus based on performance. Other benefits include a company car, fuel card, 25 days' holiday (increasing with service), life assurance, pension, and access to a training academy.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and management, with experience of leading high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
