Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective communication between departments.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products and services meet or exceed established standards.
  • Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively, coordinating with customers and teams to deliver satisfactory resolutions.
  • Analyse, anticipate, and forecast trends and patterns of the company and marketplace to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses, and implementing measures for improvement while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the role or in a similar role.
  • Experience in service delivery within the IT software industry, ideally within an ERP SaaS software supplier, such as Oracle/NetSuite, Business Central, SAP, etc.
  • Experience of scaling departments within a growing business.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of diverse business functions.
  • Familiarity with various business software, e.g. ERP, CRM, project management tools.
  • Implementation experience in ISO27001 & ISO9001.
