Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where innovation and teamwork are highly valued. You will be representing the brand image and values, while working closely with the Store Manager to effectively manage store operations and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing profit opportunities
- Develop and communicate daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance store performance
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by analyzing reports and providing actionable insights to the Store Manager
- Oversee store operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling
- Empower and develop your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge
- Take on store leadership responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence
- Maintain high visual standards across the store
Requirements
- Passion for the brand and commitment to living its values
- Strong customer service skills and experience in leading and developing a team
- Proven track record of working towards and driving KPIs and sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties
- Ability to motivate and drive your team to exceed KPIs
