Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, including resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including unexpected sales fluctuations and inventory shortages.
