Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth and ensure that customers receive a high level of service.
- Inventory and Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, receive and process stock deliveries, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
