Finance Business Partner - Strategic Insights

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Halfords Group plc. As a key member of our Commercial Finance People Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial reporting, insight, and analysis to support decision-making within our People Teams functions.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives within the People Teams functions.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand the financial implications of their strategies and provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
* Handle sensitive information appropriately and ensure compliance with data protection policies.

**Requirements**

* Qualified accountant with either CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Power BI.
* Curious attitude and confident self-starter, with a desire to continuously develop self and drive the business forward.
