One Health Lewisham is a pioneering integrated community provider that delivers innovative services for patients and practices across South-East London. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Paramedic Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with our GP Home Visiting Service, NHS@Home (Virtual Ward) service, and Clinical Streaming at University Hospital Lewisham Emergency Department. This role involves triaging patients, performing investigative procedures when required, and sign-posting patients to the appropriate community service.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have at least 5 years' experience post HCPC registration. One Health Lewisham is also willing to sponsor your ACP qualification. In addition, you will require clinical assessment skills, the ability to diagnose and treat patients, as well as enthusiasm for the role.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, respectful, and compassionate, with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. You should also have a desire to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions, be passionate about providing access to care for patients, and aspire to improve long-term care for housebound patients with chronic conditions.

This role offers a competitive salary of £58,000 per annum, plus a £4,000 weekend work allowance per annum. The successful candidate will be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday, or both, as part of their working week.
