About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at targetjobs Hired. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving awareness and opportunities for our AI-powered marketing agency.

Your Day-to-Day

You'll work closely with our New Business Manager and Founder to develop and execute new business efforts. Your main mission will be to identify and research potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and using effective questioning to tailor our AI solution to address their specific needs.

Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach
    • Initiate and maintain engaging cold outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients.
    • Be the friendly face of our business, introducing our service and creating that first spark of interest.
  • Prospecting
    • Identify and research potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
    • Using effective questioning and tailoring our AI solution to address the specific needs of each client, ensuring a compelling sales pitch.
    • Keep a keen eye on industry trends and opportunities to contribute to our evolving outreach strategy.
  • Quoting & Contracts
    • Put together responses to the requirements of the business.
    • Finalize contracts with the prospect.
  • Learning the Ropes
    • Soak in the wisdom of our seasoned sales team and get hands-on experience in sales.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to fine-tune your skills and grow into a superstar sales executive.

Requirements

You're a go-getter, a stellar communicator, and have an undeniable charm. Ideally, you'd have a year's experience in a sales environment or perhaps as part of a marketing/content team.

We need someone with an appetite to want to succeed, and you are diligent in that pursuit of success. You want to be in an environment that fosters performance, and you have an interest in engaging with business-to-business (B2B) clients from all over the globe.
