Job Description

**Visual Merchandising Manager - Fashion Retail**

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at temps-onLine. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's visual merchandising strategy across our UK stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create visual concepts and guidelines for seasonal ranges and shop-in-shop displays
  • Develop and manage the creative direction for current and new stores, ensuring all creative work aligns with the brand's overarching vision
  • Manage the store portfolio look and feel, including visual merchandising, point-of-sale displays, windows, layouts, standards, and fittings
  • Select stock for photoshoots and campaigns, as well as selecting images for in-store point-of-sale displays
  • Work collaboratively on the design of window schemes and implement them in-store
  • Develop the creative direction for in-store visual offers, including in-store creative treatments, visual merchandising, and window displays
  • Concept and manage the design and development of all new fixtures and fittings
  • Oversee the overall design and direction for all retail shop fits to ensure the brand continues to evolve
  • Work closely with Retail, Buying, and Merchandising teams to align communications with the product vision
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure a consistent tone of voice across all touchpoints
  • Manage budgets and work closely with external agencies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a visual merchandising team in a fashion retail environment
  • Strong understanding of the market, target customer, and brand positioning
  • Market, commercial, and competitor awareness
  • Experience in branding, layout, window design, and in-store visual merchandising
  • Financial and budget control
  • Excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends
