Retail Visual Experience Manager

As a key member of the temps-onLine team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our stores and driving business growth.
- Develop and implement visual concepts and guidelines for seasonal ranges and shop-in-shops, ensuring alignment with our brand vision and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage the store portfolio look and feel, including visual merchandising, point-of-sale displays, windows, layouts, standards, and fixtures.
- Select and manage visual assets for photoshoots and campaigns, as well as in-store point-of-sale materials.
- Work closely with the design team to develop and implement window schemes and in-store visual displays.
- Develop and manage the creative direction for in-store visual offers, including creative treatments, visual merchandising, and window displays.
- Concept and manage the design and development of new fixtures and fittings, ensuring they meet our brand standards and customer expectations.
- Oversee the overall design and direction for all retail shop fits, ensuring our brand continues to evolve and remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure a consistent tone of voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage budgets and work closely with external agencies to deliver high-quality results.
- Proven experience leading a visual merchandising team in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of the market, target customer, and brand positioning.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth through visual merchandising strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with branding, layout, window design, and in-store visual merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for current and future design trends.
