Director of Clinical Operations

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Clinical Services to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services operation within our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure high-quality patient care is delivered through effective clinical governance and leadership.
- Implement and manage therapeutic interventions to improve the overall operation of the hospital.
- Oversee clinical staffing, including talent mapping and succession planning, to ensure the development of clinical staff.
- Hold ownership of clinical department budgets and ensure effective financial management.
- Promote positive and effective working relationships within the multi-disciplinary teams.
- Accreditation/registration with the relevant body (e.g. Nursing, Family Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, CBT Therapists, and health/medical professionals).
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience and previous management experience.
- Desirable experience of working within Acute or PICU settings, or a passion for working with complex mental health.
- A bespoke recruitment service tailored to your skills and experience.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 FTE.
- A 37.5 hour full-time contract.
