Key Responsibilities- Oversee clinical staffing and hold ownership of clinical department budgets
- Ensure clinical governance and promote positive working relationships within multi-disciplinary teams
- Deliver career pathways to clinical staff, including talent mapping and succession planning
- Accreditation/registration with the relevant body (e.g. Nursing, Family Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, CBT Therapists)
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience and previous management experience
- Desirable experience of working within Acute or PICU settings
