Salary: We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Culinary Team Member to join our fine dining establishment team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and presenting exquisite dishes using only the finest local ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Develop your culinary skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development programs
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
  • Food Hygiene Certifications
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Flexible attitude
  • Restaurant or Hotel Background
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Team Player
  • Real passion for the Industry and eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
