Job Title: Component Repair and Warranty Specialist

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Component Repair and Warranty Specialist to join our E&M Supply Chain team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of all component repair and overhaul requirements, ensuring that our aircraft parts are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer all component repair and overhaul requirements, including repair administration, workscope confirmation, order management, repair cycle management, and cost oversight.
  2. Ensure that our Aircraft Maintenance Management System (AMOS) is updated to reflect accurate repair order status at all times.
  3. Submit and administer all warranty and guarantee claims, ensuring the status is accurately maintained in various systems.
  4. Coordinate all E&M insurance-related activity, including the collation of all costs, ensuring that our Insurance Team is updated to the point of conclusion and recovery of costs.
  5. Support the Component Repairs & Warranty Manager in ESR/NCR investigations.
  6. Support the Component Repairs & Warranty Manager with the production and maintenance of regulatory procedures relating to Component Repairs & Warranty Team activity.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced airline/aviation environment, with a strong background in CRO-related activity and/or warranty and guarantees management. Essential skills include interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), analytical, and numeracy skills. You will be comfortable in a highly technical environment and familiar with technical publications (e.g., CMM's, SB, VSB, SILs, etc.), capable of interpreting and coordinating technical decision-making with key stakeholders. Experience with repair contracts, Airbus SSCs, and legal awareness is desirable. Experience in airlines/MRO and working knowledge of Aviation Regulations (Part 145, Part M/CAMO, Part 21) is essential, and experience with AMOS is desirable.

Location & Hours of Work:

This full-time role will be based in our office and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and spend a minimum of 3 days in the office.
