We are seeking a talented Private Markets Fund Lawyer to join our client's team in the UK/EU region. As a key member of the firm's global legal and compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advise on fund formation, regulatory compliance, and transactional law.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lawyers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant laws and regulations and advise the firm accordingly.
  • Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and reports.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's compliance policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary of approximately £130,000-£190,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
