This role involves working closely with talented early childhood educators from around the world, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to excel in their roles.

About the Role:

  • Talent Sourcing and Development: Identify and engage skilled early childhood educators using creative and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Relocation Support: Assist candidates with relocation projects, including visas, documentation, travel, and housing arrangements.
  • Settlement Facilitation: Help candidates adapt to their new roles and lives in the UK, providing practical advice and emotional support.
  • Growth and Development: Contribute ideas and energy to our mission of making a positive impact in early childhood education.

What We're Looking For:

  • A background in recruitment, project management, or customer care (experience in early childhood or international recruitment is a plus).
  • A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to help grow a new venture.
  • A passion for education and helping others succeed.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this role is £27,000.00 per year, with additional pay through a bonus scheme and commission.
