About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counselling Tutor to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Counselling Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering teaching, learning, and assessment to learners on our Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills course.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to learners on the Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills course.
  • Assess learner performance and provide robust feedback to ensure learners meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement effective learning plans to support learners in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development of course materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Counselling qualification.
  • Teaching qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge and experience of the vocational sector and Counselling Skills.
