Workshop Controller Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to join our client's state-of-the-art Audi dealership in the Leeds area.
About the Role
- Manage and motivate a team of workshop staff to achieve set objectives and customer expectations.
- Maximise utilisation and productivity to achieve set targets and customers' expectations.
- Identify potential warranty claims as per manufacturers' requirements.
- Undertake performance reviews and initiate training where needed.
Requirements
- Main Dealer experience is essential.
- Experience within the Workshop Controller environment.
- An understanding of management and training techniques.
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies.
- The ability to be self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Excellent time management skills.
